Insurance
- Restorative Solutions Now (RSN) supports many insurance companies at this time. Be sure to call yours to see whether you are “in-network,” any deductibles still owed, and the co-pay needing paid at the time of service. Asking for a “provider approval #” before you call RSN, provides the fastest way for you to be seen.
- Out-of-Network Providers are another way to be seen. Sometimes insurance companies allow you to still work with RSN for your mental health needs even though the provider is not “in-network.” You would pay the provider their flat-rate fee, at the time of service, you may be able to be reimbursed for an amount your insurance company has pre-determined, usually 2-4 weeks after the date of service.
- Employee Assistance Plans (EAP), may be something your company supports for brief mental health support. Oftentimes, up to five (5) sessions, of varying length, and for individual or couples therapy, are allowed.
Here are some common questions you might ask your Insurance Company:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits available to me?
- How many sessions are allowed for me or my family this year?
- What is the contracted rate covered per counseling session?
- Will you reimburse me if I pay out of pocket to my therapist at the time of service?
- Is there any coverage for prescription medications or psychological testing, if needed?
- Is approval required from my primary-care physician to begin?
Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee services, can be considered, based upon income restrictions and personal/family needs.
Please note: This must be discussed & approved prior to an initial session with your RSN therapist.
Payment
Payment is made at the time of service:
It is customary to make payments at the time of service if you are a “Private Pay” (paying cash) client.
If insurance is being used, a co-pay is commonly paid at the time of service, set by your insurance company.
Payment Options for Private-Pay or Co-Pays:
“Cash,” “Check” or “Charge,” are each welcome.
“Money Orders,” are also acceptable.
Late Payments:
Late payments can occur, periodically, for various reasons. However, future services can be suspended until one’s last session fee is covered. This would be discussed in advance of a client’s next session.
